I’m Hugo, founder of CP-1. I compete in HYROX and run a business.

NAD+ is everywhere right now. Sold as a miracle molecule. Priced like one too. But the biology is more complicated than the marketing.

Your body relies on a network of precursors and recycling pathways to build and maintain NAD+. CP-1 is built around NMN, a precursor involved in those pathways.

I wanted to build something people could actually take every day. A considered formula, clear amounts, and a format that fits into a real routine.
