Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States.
Shipping cost
You choose your shipping option at checkout:
- Standard: free. Delivered in 3 to 6 business days after your order ships.
- Express: $7.90. Faster: delivered in 1 to 3 business days after your order ships.
Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and aren't guaranteed. The exact options and costs for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay. Autoship renewals ship with Standard shipping, free.
When your order ships
Orders placed before 11:30 am Central Time (Monday to Friday) ship the same business day. Orders placed after 11:30 am CT, or on a weekend or US holiday, ship the next business day.
Tracking
An order confirmation is not a shipping confirmation. Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow it to your door.
Check your address
Please double-check your shipping address before you place your order. If you notice a mistake, email us right away with your order number — we may be able to fix it before the order ships, but we can't guarantee a change once it's on its way.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If your tracking stops updating, your order arrives damaged, or a delivered parcel can't be found, contact us with your order number. Please keep the packaging and any damaged items while we look into it.
